Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Design:
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Development:

- Integration:
Manage integrations with other systems using REST API, zBus, and eFiles to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Request and Order Management:
Develop and optimize Request and Order Management processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency, with solid experience in OMT module.
- Architecture Skills:
Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and microservices.
Experience in designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions within ServiceNow.
- Project Management:
Utilize Agile methodology and Jira for project tracking and management. Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to SDLC practices.
- Technical Analysis:
Write comprehensive technical analysis documents and specifications to guide development efforts and architectural decisions.
- Priority Management:
Effectively manage priorities and project timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

**Votre profil**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Strong knowledge of Request and Order Management, OMT, and related ServiceNow modules.
- Proven experience with system integrations using REST API, zBus, and eFiles.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Agile methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in relevant areas such as ITSM, ITOM, etc.)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
