Job Description:
**Customer Service Representative**

Teleperformance, a leading global provider of customer experience management services, is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a prestigious Telecommunication account.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High level of computer literacy
- Egyptian nationality and university graduate
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary of up to EGP 14,000 net per month (including Euro KPIs)
- Salary increases after 6 months of successful performance
- Rotational work schedule from 4 PM to 4 AM (Sunday is a fixed day off)
- Overnight allowance of EGP 45 per hour
