**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

**Location: New Cairo (5th Settlement), Cairo**

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Required English level: B2 / C1
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree

**Specifications**
- Rotational shifts - Rotational days off (2 days off)
- 9 working hours (including one hour as a break)

**Benefits**
- Salary: up to 15,000 EGP NET (depending on your English level)
- Transportation is provided all over Cairo and Giza
- KPIs are received in Euro equivalent
- Paid training
- Salary increase after 6 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, New grad

Pay: Up to E£15,000.00 per month
