Reporting to our CEO, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to embark on an entrepreneurial journey and is ready to change how employers appreciate their people In the role, you will be responsible for the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Marketing Strategies**: Create and implement marketing strategies to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
- **Campaign Execution**: Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- **Channel Experimentation**: Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media, and lead generation.
- **Content Creation**: Produce valuable and engaging content for the company's website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring funds are allocated wisely.
- **Brand Management**: Oversee and approve marketing materials, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity.
- **Performance Analysis**: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales and product development, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a startup/ SaaS environment that position technology services to C-level business owners and decision-makers.

*Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in B2B industries preferably within the UAE.

*Experience with HR-tech environment is highly recommended.
- **Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, data analysis, project management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Fluency in English Language both written and spoken
- **Attributes**: Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously.
