We are looking for a Billing and Insurance Specialist that will be responsible for verifying patients' insurance information and processing insurance claims for prescription medications. You will also ensure that insurance claims are submitted accurately and are compliant with the guidelines and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verifying patients' insurance information and processing insurance claims for prescription medications.
- Ensuring that insurance claims are submitted accurately and in compliance with insurance guidelines.
- Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise with insurance claims or billing discrepancies.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and Insurance Companies.
- Ensuring meticulous documentation and record-keeping for a streamlined billing process.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Pharmaceutical Bachelors’ Degree is a must.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience as a Billing/Insurance Specialist.
- Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data.
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Results-driven and patient;
- A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a startup or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience with the prescription billing process.
