- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Assist in setting and executing long-term operational strategies.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Technology Integration**:
- Leverage IT tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and manage IT solutions effectively.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with IT operations, infrastructure, or software development processes.
