US BASED facility management company looking for dispatchers with previous experience in similar positions: Positions range from junior to senior level dispatchers and team leaders compensations range from $400 - $1200 per month plus commissions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems in client facilities.
- Monitor and track service requests and work orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on service status, schedule changes, and any additional needs or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service requests, work orders, and technician schedules.
- Prioritize emergency service requests and dispatch technicians to the site as quickly as possible.
- Maintain open communication with service technicians to ensure effective coordination and scheduling of work.
- Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays to ensure timely service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a dispatch or scheduling role, preferably in a facilities management or service industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a customer-focused mindset.

Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£37,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
