**What you'll do**

The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Intern (f/m/d) is to support the team in building pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization within SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field. As the glue between sales and marketing - you will help us develop inbound and outbound leads and profile accounts before passing across this information to our field sales colleagues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives
- Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
- Meet daily activity KPI's

**What you bring**

We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Articulate, ambitious, goal oriented and success driven
- Arabic speaker with good English essential (French beneficial, but not essential)
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
