International Sales Manager-french Speaker

Responsible for expanding sales (customer share and market share) & presence of the Giza Systems portfolio within new territories.
- Building strong relationships with different customer stakeholders on all levels.
- Develop overall Sales & Marketing strategy that focuses on expanding Giza Systems' presence in the new markets & ensure the development of supporting strategies by the Line of Business.
- Identify new potential opportunities for existing products in the assigned markets.
- Research competitors’ activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Identifies leads or opportunities for all sectors across his assigned countries and engages the Sector Sales Managers to assess the opportunity collaboratively.
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and maximize sales performance in the most efficient, cost-effective, and commercial manner.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential partners and vendors.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance & development of Industry knowledge by supporting & contributing to virtual industry Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
- Ensure appropriate marketing & pricing strategies that are adequate to the region/country assigned are developed.
- Maximize and monitor overall international sales forecasts against budgets, the success of bids, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Maximize penetration of portfolio across the assigned countries.
- Looks for opportunities to cross-sell and introduce new products & additional Line of Business(s)
- Proactively ensure that strong credible clients’ relationships are developed and maintained.
- Develop with the Regional GM and sales managers appropriate accounts marketing plans (e.g. events, local presentations, etc.)
- Capture knowledge on accounts (from project teams and other sources) and translate it into a solid strategy alongside the Regional GM.

Client buying patterns.
Client strategy, business directions, and markets.
- Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably B.Sc. of engineering with industry relation.
- Experience in a relevant field in any of the following industries: Telecom, Transportation, Electricity, Oil & Gas, Mining, Government, or Smart Cities.
- Previous Sales experience in a similar industry within Algeria or Morocco countries is a must.
- French Speaker is a must.
- Excellent command of English
