YAZ Media is a leading strategic digital media agency based in Dubai, operating across four main departments: Marketing, Production, Web, and PR. We specialize in brand strategy, social media management, paid media, campaign strategy, creative execution, brand identity, and website & mobile app development.

**We are immediately looking for Social Media Key Account Manager to oversee our high-profile client accounts.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
- Ensure all messaging and tones of voice (TOV) in campaigns are on point with exceptional copywriting skills.
- Lead a team of social media managers, designers, ad experts, videographers, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and trends. Understand different sectors such as Politics, Economics, Real Estate, Lifestyle, Fashion, Technology, and Healthcare, including industry-specific trends, language, and audience behaviors.
- Expertise in content strategy and creating monthly social calendars with a knack for storytelling, ensuring clear communication to the audience.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in Social media management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and initiatives. (Preferably links) Account Management and Sales skills.
- Project Management expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and client satisfaction.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry.

Pay: E£45,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per year
