**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence.
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and workflows, propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and insights to management and stakeholders.
- Support business projects by providing analytical support, tracking project progress, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure alignment of program initiatives with overall strategic direction and priorities.
- Align operational and programmatic activities with the organization's vision and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment and support for operational and programmatic initiatives.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business operations, program management, strategic planning, and leadership roles. Preferable in the SaaS Sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
