You’ll be responsible for:

- Responsible for the day-to-day site activities, and coordinate with the contractors and consultants.
- Review of consultant and contractor designs, RFIs, technical proposals.
- Monitor the schedule of site works and engineering process.
- Coordinate with the client and implement changes according to the change management plan.
- Recording coordination meetings
- Maintaining the record and tracking of the engineering, site issues, and appropriately acting in case of any non-compliance.
- Follow-up the close out process, including testing & commissioning, and documents.
- Support commercial team in valuation of works, change control and claims.
- Participate in the preparation of project's reports
- Managing value engineering process and review of its documents.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
- Extensive experience.
- Ability to manage multiple works packages in parallel.
- Have knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
- Ability to maintain proper records and tracking.
- Having experience in Value Engineering is preferred.
- Accredited in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Having contractual knowledge according to FIDIC

You’ll also have:
