Trading Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to providing support to our managers in the Trading department. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes internally with our managers and externally with our stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be responsible for managing sub-projects under all functions and scopes in the trading department. You will be the go-to person for everything involving the logistics of our cross-border operations and multinational transactions. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in ad-hocs related to effective implementation of international business development activities.
- Handling logistics related to all cross-border operations.
- Assist in research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Work with managers on business plans for each country
- Assist in contract closures and claims
- Assist in Quality tracking
- Assist in supplier sourcing, rankings, and KYC programs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Finance.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Fluent in English communication
- Open to learning
- Strong sense of drive and work ethic.
