**Key Responsibilities**:
**Internal & Corporate Communication**
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Create newsletters, announcements, and presentations to share company updates, achievements, and strategic initiatives.
- Support HR in employer branding efforts, employee engagement programs, and internal events.
- Assist leadership in crafting key messages for internal town halls, reports, and corporate initiatives.

**Supporting Other Departments**
- Assist sales teams with marketing materials, case studies, and pitch presentations.
- Work with HR on internal branding, culture-building campaigns, and recruitment marketing.
- Support customer success and product teams with educational content, guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop key corporate messages and reports.

**Content Development & Branding**
- Create and manage content for websites, social media, newsletters, blogs, press releases, and internal communications.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all materials.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and brochures to support sales and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.

**Digital Marketing**
- Manage social media platforms, track performance, and optimize engagement strategies.

**Events Marketing & Management**
- Support corporate events and webinars by managing invitations, promotional activities, and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate sponsorships and speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing communications role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written)
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity/ tech industry
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
