**Job Description** Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and voice across all marketing and communication channels.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Lead PR and media relations, securing press coverage, handling crisis communication, and maintaining a positive public image.
- Collaborate with leadership to produce thought leadership content such as articles, reports, and interviews.
- Enhance customer engagement through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication across all stages of the customer journey.
- Support the sales team with sales enablement materials, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to enhance Mazeed’s market presence.
- Plan and execute webinars, conferences, and industry events to boost brand positioning.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns with partners to expand reach and customer base.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
- Prepare and present regular marketing reports to the CMO, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, PR, and brand management.
- Strong creative writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
