Product Owner

Dsquares as one of the leading loyalty and rewards solutions' provider in MEA, working with many well-known clients such as Vodafone, Visa, Mastercard, Coca Cola, P&G, Exxon Mobil, Uber and many others is looking for a **Product Owner **where you will be responsible for defining features based on the customer needs, aligning with stakeholders, working closely with the development team to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with business goals, monitoring apps performance and recommending enhancements whenever needed.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs.
2- Write user stories and explain them to the team.
3- Monitor apps' performance and recommend enhancements whenever needed.
4- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product roadmap is feasible.
5- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and answering questions as needed.
6- Align with the UX team on the user experience and design.
7- Ensure that the product meets the company's standards and the customers' needs.
- 2+ years of experience as a product owner or similar position in Software industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Technical background is preferred.
- Experience with app analysis tools is preferred.
