**Post-Production Supervisor** We are looking for a Post-Production Supervisor to lead our dynamic team of photo and video editors in Egypt. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for quality, and a passion for visual storytelling. As a key bridge between our Egypt-based production unit and our Kuwait headquarters, you will oversee post-production workflows, ensure content quality, and guide a talented team to deliver best-in-class visual content. **About the Role** You will be responsible for supervising all post-production activities, including video editing, photo retouching, task management, and collaboration across teams. From ensuring timely delivery to upholding brand consistency and visual excellence, your role is pivotal in keeping our content sharp, engaging, and aligned with our creative vision. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and supervise a team of photo editors and video editors. - Review and approve final photo and video edits to ensure high standards of quality and brand alignment. - Assign tasks and manage deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow using task management tools. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially the Kuwait-based content and creative departments. - Train, mentor, and support the creative growth of your team through constructive feedback and leadership. - Manage team performance, support continuous improvement, and implement efficient post-production processes. - Ensure content is delivered on time while maintaining creative excellence and attention to detail. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in media, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in professional video or image editing. - 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., team lead, project manager). - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent time management and quality control abilities. - Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written). **Nice to Have** - Experience in e-commerce or fashion/beauty-related industries. - Basic post-production knowledge (editing workflows, color grading, asset management). - Familiarity with influences content production and collaboration processes.
