Production Supervisor – Egypt/10th of Ramadan

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented

  • Supervise daily production activities for electrical panels and cabinets assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and monitor FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) for finished products.
  • Interpret and review electrical drawings to guide assembly processes.
  • Optimize workflow and resources to meet production targets.
  • Collaborate with planning and logistics teams for material availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Maintain accurate production records using SAP/Odoo systems.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in production supervision within electrical manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical drawings and cabinet assembly.
  • Experience with SAP or Odoo ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with FAT procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
