**Job Purpose**

The D&I_ _manages any innovative projects in D&T (AI, robotics, automation). Acts as a project manager, developer and support. Automates all the manual processes across the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Shape the digital product vision, develop digital strategies and enablers in ABC in line with business strategy.
- Lead in developing the digital architectures for all digital products supporting all the business functions and actively contribute into the executions of such projects.
- Lead Innovation & digital, manage and measure the work, develop the people, attract & retain talents for the OpCo’s digital journey.
- Manage the team for the software requirement specification, design and development for the best user or customer experience.
- Manage the translation and ploughing back of the feedback from customers into innovation for unified Customer Experiance.
- Own the Innovation & Digital roadmap, ensure the roadmap, and action plans are in place and executed with relevant contribution from all function across the organization.
- Ensure that the required resources and capabilities are in place to support various Innovative & Digital initiatives from the business side.
- Lead the engagement with other OpCos and globally to partner & co-create digital products.
- As an enabler, creates structures and processes required for innovation to succeed in the OpCo.
- Provide direction for creating awareness about Innovation, Digital & Agile mindset, and culture across the organization while leading digital projects.
- Ensure there is fast-to-market approach while being customer centric in product development.
- Monitor Tech and digital trends for possible replication or enhancement of the processes in the opco.

**Education & Experiences**

**Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science Engineering

**Years of Experience**: 3-5 years of relevant experience in project delivery, IT roles or similar in FMCG industry.

**Qualifications & Other Requirements**
