That’s why we invite you to take on new challenges, test your ideas, and celebrate success. **Your tasks and responsibilities** - Performs proactive AR management towards the customer, drives A/R overdue reduction, DSO development, and Cash collection - Coordinating and meeting the customers to ensure timely collections especially with major payers - Interface with the Sales and Service organization as well as the “OTC CA department” and BA/BLs organization - Ensures an effective dunning process and follow up of complaints/ disputes until resolution - Responsible for active AR management and communication with internal stakeholders/ interfaces - Preparing AR and collection forecast for Business Area and ensures achievement of Forecast - Process owner for Global Master Data Management related to Customer Master Maintenance - Conducts monthly AR Calls with Sales, OTC CA, and Service team with clear target on reduction of >90days overdue - Responsible for red flag for escalation actions incl. legal cases, (un)block customers, BP Terminations - Owns and drives the reduction in OWC for the Country in close collaboration with stakeholders **Your qualifications and experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of finance and commercial function experience or equivalent - Advanced knowledge of ERP system (SAP), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics - Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics **Your attributes and skills** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong drive and focus for results **Diversity and Inclusion** Siemens Healthineers is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
