We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems. In this role, you will guide a team of digital specialists, build strong client partnerships, and execute multi-channel strategies while growing into a Digital Account Manager role.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and manage the execution of full-funnel B2B digital marketing campaigns.
- Act as the main client point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and campaign success.
- Conduct deep performance analysis using analytics tools and deliver meaningful insights.
- Optimize conversions through continuous CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, technical, and performance teams.
- Stay ahead of trends, tools, and industry innovations to guide digital best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members to elevate performance and skills.
- Support proposals, pitches, and strategy development for new client opportunities.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **5+ years** of hands-on experience in **Digital Marketing** in **B2B** environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading **multi-channel marketing strategies** (not only social media).

**Strong knowledge of**:

- Google Ads / PPC.
- SEO strategy and ranking tactics.
- ABM & lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Analytics & reporting**:Google Analytics (GA4)**, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM dashboards.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical capable of building and explaining data-driven insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines smoothly.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience as a Team Lead, Senior Digital Marketer, or Client-facing role.
- Certificates such as: Google Ads / Google Analytics / HubSpot Inbound/Marketing Automation.
- Experience in: Marketing for SaaS / Tech / Enterprise B2B /CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho.
- Building landing pages (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress).
