We are hiring on behalf of Concentrix - Sales Representative

About the Role

You will be part of Concentrix’s English Sales team, responsible for engaging with international customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services. Your goal will be to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound/inbound calls in English to promote and sell products/services
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Deliver professional and persuasive sales pitches
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions to build trust and loyalty
- Document all sales activities and customer information accurately in the system
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to improve performance and meet KPIs

Requirements **Graduates only (this role is open to university graduates only)**
- English fluency at B2 / B2+ level (spoken and written)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
- Previous experience in sales is a plus (but not required)
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to follow company standards and performance targets
- Ability to work onsite at the company’s location

- Salary: Starting from 18,600 EGP up to 20,000 EGP per month (depending on account)
