Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in resolving customer inquiries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer relevant information and support.
  • Document all customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, response time, resolution rate).
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must-Have:
  • A minimum of
    1 year of experience
    in a customer service or customer care role.
  • Excellent command of both
    English and Arabic
    (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Fresh desk, Salesforce).
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry (e.g., E-commerce, Telecom, Tech).
