Your primary objective will be to ensure that our Assist Admin system is up-to-date with accurate and high-quality IFU documents.

This digital assistant streamlines processes, eliminates chaos, reduces stress, and maintains budget control. It's not just a product; it's a revolution in surgical care. And the best part? We're constantly working on enhancements and new functionalities, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation.

Today, Incision is the trusted go-to platform for thousands of medical professionals around the world. We are proud to serve as a hub where expertise and innovation converge, empowering healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional surgical care.

**What you will do**
- Internet Research: Utilize your strong research skills to scrape the internet for IFU documents based on a provided list of devices and instruments.
- Document Management: Organize and categorize the acquired IFU documents and add them to the corresponding items in the Assist Admin system.
- Quality Assessment: Evaluate the quality and accuracy of the obtained IFU documents, ensuring they meet the required standards and guidelines.
- Medical Knowledge: Demonstrate an interest in medicine and/or the Operating Room environment to effectively understand the context and importance of the IFU documents.
- IT and Medical Experience: Possess experience in either IT or medicine, with a preference for individuals who have knowledge or familiarity with both fields. This will enable you to navigate technical aspects related to document management systems and understand the medical terminology used in the IFU documents.

You might be the one
- Medical background, preferred Biomedical Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and categorize documents effectively.
- Experience in the medical field and/or a good understanding of medical terminology and the operating room environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess the quality, accuracy, and compliance of documents.
- Fluent in verbal and written English (is a must)
- Microsoft Office skills
