7. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development and marketing.

**Requirements**:
2. Proven track record of successful business development in a marketing agency or a similar industry.

3. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising trends.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.

5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.

7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Managment: 1 year (preferred)
