**Your Role**:

- The Digital Lead drives the planning, execution, measurement and optimization of Merck Egypt Brand digital campaigns, tactics, and programs by collaborating with Marketing, Medical managers, and agencies to pull through brand strategy and meet objectives.
- Drives seamless interaction between the Brand (Marketing, Medical, Access) teams, Business, BT and agencies.
- Partners with Marketing & Product Managers on development of brand digital strategy delivering channel insights and tactical recommendations and leading execution of digital brand campaigns, tactics and programs to drive operational effectiveness, business impact and, meet objectives and leverage Digital Capabilities, standards and best practices. Examples include and are not limited to web sites, Social Media, eMailing, Remote Engagement and Search Engine Marketing. Other examples to be identified based on business needs.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's Degree is required (Medical background is a plus)
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy for B2B lead generation
- ROI-driven and dissatisfied with maintaining the status quo.
- Strong desire to innovate and test new opportunities and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console and HTML.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads professional certifications strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen and excellent writing/verbal communication skills.
- Effective in crafting and optimizing marketing messages.
- Strong relations within Egypt business stakeholders
