(Talent Acquisition is a plus.) - Strong understanding and curiosity of the current technology landscape - Customer-focused, adaptable, has strong followed up and organizational skills Consultative approach; talent advisor mindset, not afraid to share "point of view" - Project management capability for Talent Acquisition projects - Experience influencing functional leaders and decisionmakers - Ability to develop authentic relationships with a diverse audience of professionals - Should demonstrate Talent Advisor behaviors/competencies, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics. - Must demonstrate executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions with a track record of driving change initiatives, and developing strong client partnerships - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills - Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrix environment **Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable **Job Type**: Regular
