**Job Responsibility**:

- Mentor the junior team members to ensure best delivery
- Manage the delivery of storage and backup capabilities in line with dynamic business demand
- Supervise the support & monitoring for all enterprise storage & backup within Vodafone-IT to ensure their stability, growth, performance KPIs & E2E proactive monitoring
- Participate with the vendor negotiation to maximize return on investment or strategy.
- Implement and provide reports for IT Security, Privacy, Confidentiality Policies and Procedures related to all aspects of work with constituent customer and financial data

**Competencies and Technicalities required**:

- Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
