**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Facilitate communication among teams to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate staff on best practices.
- Cooperate with management to set operational goals and KPIs.
- Support project management initiatives and contribute to strategic planning activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or administrative roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
