**Job Summary**:
As the HORECA Sales Supervisor at Cartona, you will lead a dynamic team of sales representatives specializing in the Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector. Your role is to drive sales, build client relationships, and ensure a seamless order experience for our Horeca partners. You will be a key driver in expanding our market presence and fostering growth within the FMCG sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of Horeca sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and training to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including territory management, client targeting, and pricing, to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with Horeca clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and product offerings.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to assess team and individual performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in collaboration with the operations team.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, aiming for swift and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide assistance, training, and resources to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry or Horeca sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making is a plus.

Customer-oriented and committed to exceeding client expectations.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of Horeca industry dynamics is a plus.

Good Knowledge of excel is a plus.
