Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care and Sales Supervisor based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves overseeing the customer care department, supervising and training a team to deliver exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing team performance, managing sales strategies to meet targets, and fostering clear communication within the team. You will play a central role in maintaining and improving customer and sales operations.
