- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and
- Completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Facilitate and ensure the project team's smooth operation to deliver the agreed upon products.
- Agrees with the Tech Lead about the processes, delivery scope, change requests, and the applied qualifications.
- Provide detailed professional planning for projects activities, with a budget and resource allocation.
- Monitor & control projects schedules, budget, and risks.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and team members to identify project risks, team needs, and process gaps.
- Coordinate and assign tasks with the support of the management team to team members to fulfill plans and meet deadlines.
- Provide reports for planned effort per project, and per resource, taking into account resources vacations, holidays, or training.
- Facilitate and ensure the project team's smooth operation to deliver the agreed scope.

**Skills**:

- To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
**Education **- A Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering /Computer Engineering /Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education/experience is required. **Experience **- 5+ years of software/automotive projects management experience. **Skills and Abilities **- Excellent understanding of all project management knowledge areas. - Previous experience in multi-domains project management. - Proved proficiency in using ticketing systems like Jira. - Excellent reporting capabilities to capture project status and report to executive team. - Excellent knowledge of ASPICE3.1 and ISO26262. - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle. - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication. - Excellent English language (spoken and written) is required. - Electric vehicles subsystems knowledge is a plus. - Previous people management experience is a plus.
