- **Property Operations**: Assist with managing daily property operations including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- **Availability**: Be available during work hours to respond to manager or client outreach as needed.

**Computer Skills**:

- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with learning and using company software which is simple and user-friendly.
- **Excel Proficiency**: Skilled in using Excel for various tasks and data management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Property Management Experience**: Previous experience or familiarity with property management is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrated ability to address and resolve issues effectively.

**Work Schedule**:
