**JOB TITLE**
Interior Design - Associate Manager | MAF Properties | Development

**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Interior Desig will work in the Design Studio team on Majid Al Futtaim Properties new developments or redevelopments projects for the Residential Communities and Hotels schemes. This position will manage the in-house and consultants’ teams in delivering design packages in accordance with the project brief, budgets, and timelines. The Interior Design Manager will be responsible to maintain the design intent from concept to delivery; managing both internal and external Stakeholders.

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Support key stakeholders in the development of project specific project briefs and scope of work; by producing competent interior planning solutions, with a strong understanding of target customers and end users’ expectations.
- Incorporate stakeholder requirements in the project design while adhering to the Design Brief and maintaining Majid Al Futtaim design standards.
- Participate in consultant procurement processes, shortlisting Interior design consultants, evaluations and recommendations.
- Provide support in critically analyzing consultant design submissions across all phases.
- Assist in the development of the concept design validation in house by producing concept narrative, mood boards, drawings, models, material, and other documents with the support of the team where required.
- Provide support in guiding the wider group of consultants in development of final design and ensure that project programs and budgets are coordinated with Project Management.
- Review and identify any issue or risk and propose the best solution that can be integrated into the design, enhancing the overall look & feel and functionality.
- Manage & Maintain accurate and timely review of ID project submittals and coordination with other disciplines to ensure that feasibility, program, design, technical efficiencies, and quality for projects are achieved through to completion.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong leadership skills in communication, strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with all project-related functions, consultants, and contractors.
- 6-9 years of work experience in Interior Design - Residential & Hospitality Projects, with reputed companies in Egypt, GCC or abroad.
- Client / Developer experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
