**Your Role**:Are you ready to join our corporative Data & AI to lead our teams towards optimal performance and innovation, driving the future of healthcare with advanced data and AI solutions?
- Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, helping to resolve impediments, enhance collaboration, and promote an environment conducive to innovation and high productivity.
- Work closely with product owners and development teams to define, develop, and deliver product roadmaps and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and encouraging team feedback and reflection.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure clear communication, proper project alignment, and effective management of expectations.

About Practices in our Data & AI Organization: The Practices Pillar is integral to our Group Data & AI Strategy, providing the skills and capabilities necessary to develop the Data and AI product portfolio. Practices unite individuals with similar skills and capabilities to forge a powerful expert community dedicated to bringing Data and AI expertise to the building and enhancement of our product portfolio. Through practices, we seek to scale and facilitate new and existing best practices across all sectors and enabling Functions.

**Who You Are**:

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, supplemented with relevant agile certifications.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in agile development methodologies with a proven track record as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in a technology or AI-driven environment.
- You possess strong facilitation skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading and motivating teams to achieve their best.
- Problem solver with a knack for identifying challenges and proactively implementing effective solutions.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are proficient in English.
