**- The Product Manager will:
- Work with the overall Technical Product Manager and Group Commercial teams to support the definition for the Product Vision and Strategy aligned to Vodafone Digital IT and Omnichannel principles.
- Will work as part of a SAFe Agile Release Train as a central Product Owner supporting between 1 and 3 squads, with responsibility for:

- Product/Capability Vision and Roadmap (with Product Manager and Business stakeholders)
- As is and to be business processes (working with business teams),
- Clear features and user stories definition with acceptance criteria to enable the successful delivery of business and technical features
- Work with Solution Architect to define, understand and sequence/prioritise Enabler work.
- Prioritise stories to support the flow of work
- Participating in PI Planning
- Work with UI/UX team to build the customer experience
- Attend regular planning and showcases and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Be able to present and demonstrate the product for business and technical stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with the team to prioritise work, ensuring intended value is realised within the agreed time scales
- Work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders across multiple local markets, working within a joined up on-shore/offshore team.
- Build working relationships and open lines of communication with Technical Product Owners in Local Markets and other Channels teams and promote the sharing of knowledge and experience between teams.
- Monitor KPIs and customer reviews and behaviors after launch and identify areas of improvement
- Work with proposition and commercial team to understand the Business and Commercial requirements and introduce areas of change in the requirements where applicable

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Product Vision and Roadmap
- Managing and prioritising the flow of work for allocated Squads
- Defininng PI scope and approving PI Objectives
- Defining Features and Stories
- Work with Solution Architect to define, understand and sequence/prioritise Enabler work.

**Key performance indicators**:

- Well organized Preparation of Product deliverables for PI Planning
- Clear, communicated Product Vision and Roadmap
- Drive the Local Market adoption of the solutions by communicating and highlighting the benefits for local stakeholders measured by an increased Local Market compliance rate
- Contribute as a positive, inclusive and empowering team member.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Preferred:
- Business Analysis and Product Management experience of IT products
- Experience in Agile methodology in Retail/Web
- Experience in Web & App, Portal, E-commerce and Content Management platforms
