**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development & Sales**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial solar energy sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- **Technical Consultation**:
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar energy potential and system requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to clients on solar PV system design, components, and financial benefits (ROI, payback periods, etc.).
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and industry standards.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in contract negotiations and closing deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to refine offerings based on market needs.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years** of experience in solar energy sales, business development, or technical consulting.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and energy storage solutions.
- Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) is a plus.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP, PMP) are advantageous.
