**About the role**:
**Purpose**:
Digital Coach acts as a Digital Solution Champion being able to guide and assist customer usage as well as to educate on new features, and best practices.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1.Supports and coaches customers in their use of digital technologies,

2.Assists with digital operations and digital changes,

3.Provides advice on new feature benefits and best practices,

4.Works with a very wide range of customers from a wide variety of backgrounds, with a wide variety of needs and with a wide variety of digital competence,

5.Builds training supports, an lead virtual classrooms, for internal users as well as our customers

6.Provides qualitative feedback on customer experience to improve FAQ, Tutorials, and other online help sections,

**About you**:
**Profile**:

- Engineering graduate (Computer science, electornics and communication, information technology, or equivalent.)
- Engish Proficiency
- Customer experience oriented
- Digital native with extensive practice of digital facilities
- Very good knowledge of the supported domain
- Able to learn through digital resources to extend knowledge and skills in the use of new digital systems or features,
- Facilitate different work streams within an Agile frame work
