**Job Summary**:
As a **Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring strong Technical & Non
- technical talent across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end recruitment, build a healthy talent pipeline, and support continuous improvement of the TA process.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical capabilities, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and online talent outreach campaigns.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and university/tech community engagements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market insights for the TA team and hiring leaders.
- Stay up to date on labor market trends, tech hiring best practices, and competitive intelligence.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Min. of **2** **years of experience** in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to technical hiring.
- Solid understanding of common technical & Non
- Technical roles, skills, and technologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and modern recruitment techniques is an advantage.
- Experience in employer branding or social media recruiting is a plus.
