**About the Job**

We’re hiring an **Account Receivables and Collections Accountant** to manage billing, cash receipts, collections, and AR records. If you have 4-5 years of experience, strong bookkeeping skills, and are detail-oriented, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus. Join our team and help drive financial accuracy and client success.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform general bookkeeping and billing duties.
- Record cash receipts and handle special billing situations.
- Follow up with past-due accounts and manage collections.
- Communicate with clients to strengthen relationships and resolve overdue accounts.
- Address billing and collections inquiries professionally.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, ensuring aging reports are up to date, collections are correctly applied, and uncollectible amounts are accounted for.
- Prepare and organize VAT (Tax return) documents.
- Gather, verify, and document invoices properly.
- Generate and deliver monthly AR aging reports.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Abilities**:
Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and bookkeeping.

Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.

Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

4-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and collections.
