Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist
to join our Finance Department. The role focuses on managing the
invoicing
,
collection
, and
reconciliation
processes for customer accounts, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue and follow up on customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up with clients via phone and email.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate application of incoming payments.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing issues, or disputes in coordination with internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.).
  • Prepare regular AR aging reports and highlight critical risks to management.
  • Maintain organized documentation to support audits and month-end closings.
  • Assist in optimizing AR processes and cash collection strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
  • Solid understanding of receivables processes and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and
    financial ERP systems
    (Odoo experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage priorities under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team spirit with the ability to work independently when needed.
