**What’s the Opportunity**

Due to our continued growth and success, we now have an opportunity for a hardworking Business Development Manager to grow revenue amongst a core client base and win new Estate Agent business for our Property Sales Team.

**What will I be doing**

As a Business Development Manager you will:

- Act as a trusted advisor, connecting your property clients with hundreds of thousands of visitors to Daft.ie every year.
- Educate and sell a range of advertising solutions to your client base of estate agents, promoting and building our multifaceted and growing advertising solutions.
- Build and develop new and existing deep relationships with key decision makers to increase and expand revenue opportunities.
- Contribute to the strategy and business development team to set a foundation for the future growth of Daft.ie.
- Build new relationships to earn Daft.ie a seat at the table within the property community, acting as a spokesperson to represent Daft.ie.
- Be skilled at value based selling. Clearly communicate to your book of agents the value & strength of our number one position measured by demand, content, leads, and transaction share.
- Identify sales opportunities in both our existing client portfolio and through active prospecting, creating reliable forecasts, and leading both short and long sales cycles.
- Hit and exceed all sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to your designated accounts in the Connacht region.
- Listen to the needs of customers and the market, sharing insights with management, product, and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Become an expert in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a bonus), effectively managing your pipeline and diligently leading your prospects and customer database.

**What skills and experience do I need**
- At least 3 years of online or B2B sales experience.
- Strong sales ability with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
- You should love a challenge, work in target-driven environments, and succeed as part of a team.
- Someone who is comfortable speaking to C-Level customers on the phone or in face-to-face meetings.
- A talent for developing positive relationships and being able to work across many different parts of the organisation to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate with varied functions.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- A natural competitor and not afraid to fail fast. You understand the importance of being part of a team, working hard, having fun while doing it and not afraid of learning new things. Be a phenomenal teammate
