**Our Client is a leading global company specializing in export and distribution services across FMCG's specialized premium food, herbs, and seeds s. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our dynamic team.**
- Overseeing and managing the production, maintenance, planning, logistics and warehouse departments in the factory.
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintaining the equipment and facilities in good working condition.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient production and service processes.
- Ensuring quality standards are met.
- Developing and implementing production plans and schedules.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of operations.
- Managing and supervising the department heads and supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of production, maintenance, planning, logistics and warehouse processes and equipment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
