LXT’s Global Operations Director Secure Facility is in full charge of operations taking place across the secure facility office of LXT in Canada along with all Global expansions in the pipeline and in plan.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for secure facility operations strategy and implementation.
- Responsible for the secure budget and P&L.
- Drives and scales revenue growth within the secure division.
- Supports executive team with operational strategy decision making.
- Hire and develop the secure team members
- Establish the function to be a global 24/7 consistent business as usual operations.
- Champion LXTs values and culture in the leadership of the day-to
- day operations.
- Initiate cross collaboration to drive optimization and streamlined processes across the organization
- Co-lead with the product team the enhancement of our service offering
- Drive optimization via tech and AI adoption across all projects (LDP and client’s tools)
- Responsible for people's engagement and creating a sustainable engagement level.
- Creates a pool of potential successors across the secured facility operations.
- Ensure quality and timely deliverables, client engagement, and client satisfaction.[Text Wrapping Break]

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience of 10+ years as an Operations leader in an high tech, AI data annotation or transcription and or BPO environment.
- Solid track of both people and operations leadership across different locations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with capability of creating dashboards and reports of in depth data.
- Skilled coach with development and influential personality to get the best out of the team.
- Problem solver, with maneuvering skills and accountability whenever a business obstacle is on the way.
- Skilled in presenting his function across different business meetings with clients or in the organisation.
