**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their collaboration and communication needs, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing collaboration processes, tools, and infrastructure.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate Microsoft collaboration solutions.
- Develop comprehensive collaboration strategies and solution blueprints based on client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their queries, issues, and challenges related to collaboration tools.
- Monitor collaboration systems for performance, availability, and security vulnerabilities, proactively addressing any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Experience in Microsoft products administration and support.
- PowerShell Scripting Knowledge/Proficiency.
- Security Patching of on-premises Platforms.
- Microsoft Office Suite of tools/features.
- Understanding of Microsoft Licensing.
- Proven background in Administration of targeted technologies.
- Proven Troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to document technical processes.
- Ability to work with end users to resolve their issue in a timely manager.
- Professional work ethic.
- Ability to work after hours as needed.

**Specific Skills**:

- Microsoft Exchange Online Administration.
- Microsoft Exchange SMTP Security (IP Address Allow, etc.).
- Microsoft Teams (TAC, Teams Room Pro).
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Conference Room Technology (MTRA/MTRW).
- Familiarity with Proofpoint and Agari a plus.
