**Knowledge and experience**:

- 3+ MS Suite solution architecture experience in a large-scale IT Enterprise environment
- 4+ years hands-on SharePoint or MS Azure development OR infrastructure experience (optional)
- Experience in all stages of SharePoint Project delivery using agile or waterfall delivery models
- Broad and general technical knowledge, as well as deep competencies in areas like IT infrastructure, data models, service orientation; good understanding of enterprise architecture.
- TOGAF / Enterprise architecture certifications
- Deep knowledge in programming, technology frameworks, standards and technical modelling.
- Experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments (for.eg
- distributed, desktop, and mobile) and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level
- Business analysis and business process understanding.
- Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of Collaboration technologies (e.g. SharePoint, MS SaaS Suite, MS Azure, Multifarm / Crossfarm Environments, MS Data Protection Manager, SCOM), Database knowledge (e.g. SQL), Development knowledge (e.g. PowerShell Scripting, development Frameworks)
- Knowledge of cognitive solutions (bots, QnA Maker, LUIS, etc.)

**Communication**:

- Communicate and share ideas verbally, both orally and in writing, to all levels of business -executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources (development, design, delivery) in clear concise language that is suited to each audience
- Contribute to a stakeholder management plan identifying all stakeholders, the nature of the relationship and the communication channels.
- Attendance at all relevant team and project meetings.

**Impact on Business**:

- Responsible for solution architectures (systems, infrastructure, network, information, data, software) of the Collaboration projects.
- Accountable for generating solution architecture design, proposals and concepts which fit with the Vodafone enterprise architecture that are cost-effective, scalable, flexible and simple.
- Accountable to provide technical directions, advice and choices in the overall Collaboration architectural context
- Maintain the solution architectures in pace with the changing requirements, new business needs and technology evolution.
- Responsible for technical demand management in the Collaboration domain. Ensure that the requirements are realisable, testable, implementable & operatable when implanted in a service
