We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products at the best possible prices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with vendors
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and quality of products
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and specifications
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to ensure the company stays competitive

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverages industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverages industry is a plus
