**Job Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to execute customer-facing B2B and B2C promotions and communications in compliance with Al Ahram's marketing plan and brand strategy across all relevant offline and online channels.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Strategic Media Management**
- Ensures brand objectives are reached through media.
- Aligns with the Human Resources department on social media calendars and media planning.
- Estimates and predicts the annual media campaign expenditure in relation to the brand budget.
- Reports to the Regional Heineken AMEE Media Manager on markets, issues, payments, contracts, and campaigns' status monthly.
- Supports stakeholders in selecting the right strategy.
- Participates in global calls in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe to evaluate new directions and best practices on a monthly basis.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Connects, collaborates and maintains good relationships with creative agencies.
- Briefs campaign agencies on how to pitch and assess the strategy.
- Follows up on all ongoing initiatives and ensures that all agencies are briefed on the strategy.
- Schedules optimization calls throughout the campaigns and ensures they are properly set up and working as expected.
- Monitors creative scoring assets created for the brand and guarantees that all key performance metrics are fulfilled.
- Briefs agencies on all findings in order for them to create the appropriate assets and creative ideas.
- Connects and interacts with stakeholders during data strategy workshops, and gathers information based on market insights.
- Holds weekly conversations with all market stakeholders and agencies to discuss updates, adjustments, and new campaigns.
- Reviews the performance report and organizes conversations with stakeholders to develop action plans on a monthly basis.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Coordinates with the marketing department on capability development by ensuring the brand is relevant to the marketing objectives.
- Supports the E-commerce platform and ensures that it is in line with the brand strategy.
- Monitors brand briefs and creates and distributes template documents to brand teams.

**Market Research and Continuous Improvement**
- Utilizes individualized Data Driven Marketing (IDDM) to define the correct course of action and guarantee the right audience is chosen for the right brand in the right market.
- Enhances digital acceleration management by improving performance, delegating tasks, and allocating responsibilities.
- Communicates market learning agenda changes on a yearly basis.
