**Position Summary**:
Responsible for analysis fluctuations of P&L to support decision making in the Country, in the Categories and Functions. Ensures flawless execution and high quality of deliverables on regular basis.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Review monthly YTD Actuals vs. Target/DF, understand root cause of the fluctuations and take actions for next PEC. Provide suggestions on YTG (risks & opportunities) to meet Country targets. Highlight unusual trends on any P&L line, with specific focus on COGS (when locally manufactured), FFOH, MOGE, COD, Bad Goods, PRO.
- Act as SPOC for Functional Controllers and BU Controllers and share on regular with them Risks and Opps relating to their areas of responsibilities in view of next DF cycle.
- Calculation of Selling Price (SPC) for locally manufactured products and submission to COC/Customer Service. Provide supervision on Selling Price (SPC) for imported products ain light of local regulations / currency impact, etc during COR's
- SKU Management : Execute discontinuation of promotional SKUs in coordination with BU Controller
- Provide PRO inputs to Category Controllers to build their DF P&L and analysis evolution vs. last month
- Support the preparation of the different planning cycles: ensure a solid and regular business planning process is in place in the Country aligned with MBPC guidelines, so that relevant and regular information is provided to BU Controllers and Analysts in the Head Office, to support efficient Regional BU MGR.
- Analysis Bad Goods evolution actuals vs last month and follow up on actions pertaining to Bad Goods. Support S/C Manager in OPC to ensure Actuals are in line with Salvage management
- Analysis Bad Debts evolution actuals vs last month and provide estimation for DF input to category controllers
- Provide OPFE and TARE inputs to Category Controllers to build their DF P&L and analysis evolution vs. last month
- Ensure quality of Redbook for the Country in Local Currency : review the Sales forecasts vs. Actuals and LY and coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain to amend inputs if necessary before the next monthly run.
- Analysis of monthly actuals performance of RIG and OG and provide commentary to Corporate DS for 4KF report
- Support preparation of QBR and Business presentations for Group visitors.
- Support other simulations and pre-post evaluation TTS
- Support other simulations and pre-post evaluation on PFME - local promotions
- Support preparation of QBR and Business presentations for Group visitors.
- Prepare ManCom Monthly Update relating to Country performance (OG, AR%, OPC Controllable Costs or COP1). Provide to Country Leadership team full transparency on Actuals, forecasts, gaps to target, risks and opportunities.

**What will make you successful**:

- BA/BS in Business/Finance
- 2-4 years’ experience in a previous analytical/audit/costing/accounting role
- Previous (FMCG) experience is a must
- SAP knowledge is a must
- CMA/CIMA preferred
