We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Team Lead to join our dynamic translation company. As the Project Management Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating translation projects, ensuring their successful execution, and leading a team of project managers to deliver exceptional language services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the end-to-end project management process, from receiving client requests to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their translation requirements, establish project scopes, and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Allocate resources and assign projects to project managers, considering their expertise, availability, and workload distribution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries, resolving any concerns or issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance overall project delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of project managers, providing constructive feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including translators, editors, and proofreaders, to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in translation project management, and implement relevant advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management within the translation industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of translation processes, terminology management, and CAT tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
